Jose was quite knowledgeable about the appliances he was selling, and all of his comments and concerns matched reviews that I found on Amazon and other places. He went above the call by physically checking the inventory and discovered that the computer incorrectly listed a washer as being in stock when it was not. He then helped me identify a different washer that was in stock at about the same price. The one he recommended also had better reviews at the various places I checked online. I strongly recommend Lowes over best buy or home depot for appliances and other big ticket items.
