Upon entering I explained to the groomer that she's a sweet girl but she's scared. Dropped my dog off at 9 am, came back around 12 and noticed 1 groomer holding my dog still and the other trying to clip her hair. The groomer waved me to come back and said she was all done grooming her. Horrible job. Her hair is uneven she has 2 bald spots on her face near her nose, her under belly has bald spots down to her skin and the longer hair. To make matters worse she came back with a huge tick on her. I feel like if you properly bathed my dog that's something that you could have felt, if you didn't want to remove it she should have told me so I would be aware.
